Pre-Draft Thesis
A PDF version of your thesis must be submitted to the department office at least one week from the defense. The title page should contain a clear indication that this is a ‘pre-defense draft.’
Note: This replaces the old requirement that a copy of the thesis must be placed in the reading room.
Example: Kirtley, Megan (Joelle). Speech in the U.S. Military: A Sociophontic Perception Approach to Identity and Meaning (PDF).
Final Thesis
A PDF version of the final approved version of the thesis must be submitted to the department office.
Note: This replaces the old requirement that the department has to receive a hard copy of the thesis.
Examples: Blake, Li Wang. Child Acquisition of Mandarin gěi Benefactive Pattern and gěi Lessive Pattern (PDF).
Wieting, Julia. The Effect of Repeated Measures on Bilingual Lexical Access (PDF).
